What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing is a printing method in which ink transforms from a solid state to a gas, bypassing the liquid phase, and is transferred onto a material. The process works as follows:
1. An image is printed onto special paper using sublimation inks.
2. The paper with the image is then heated, causing sublimation—the ink transitions into a gaseous state.
3. The gas penetrates the pores of the material (usually polyester or special polymer coatings) and, upon cooling, is fixed onto it.
Sublimation printing is especially popular for applying images to fabrics, mugs, phone cases, metals, and other surfaces, providing vibrant and long-lasting images.
How long do the covers last?
Our covers are characterized by high quality and durability. The lifespan of the cover is not limited, thanks to the use of high-quality fabric and strong threads. During the manufacturing process, we carefully fit the cover before its final version, and if we find any imperfections, such as uneven seams, we correct them immediately.
